Booking and Payment
After confirming your reservation, a deposit will be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before the specified deadline. We accept multiple convenient payment methods. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.
Property Care and Respect
This is a private residence. Please treat the property with care and leave it in its original condition.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Self check-in is provided via a secure keypad.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is 10. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
No Parties or Events
The property is for residential use only. Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, indoors and outdoors.
Liability and Property Condition
Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required during their stay. Repair or cleaning costs resulting from damage may be charged to the guest.
Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or breaches of these terms. It will be refunded within a specified period after departure, pending inspection.
