Hot Tub, Fireplace, Game Room, 2 Mi To Town

Bringing up to 8 to the Smokies this winter and dreading a steep, winding mountain road? This Gatlinburg Falls Resort cabin sits 2 miles from downtown on paved resort roads. Light the stone fireplace, soak in the private hot tub, then rack the pool table downstairs. Pets welcome too. Book your holiday dates. We are new and answer fast: message us your group setup and we will tell you straight if the layout fits.

WINTER HERE
Cold mornings are when this cabin makes sense. Coffee by the big windows, a day in the national park or on the Parkway, then back up the paved resort road before dark. The hot tub steams under the deck cover, someone lights the fireplace without being asked, and the game room downstairs keeps the night going after dinner. Holiday weeks mean one kitchen, one long table and everyone under the same roof.

LOCATION

• 2 miles to downtown Gatlinburg on paved resort roads with no steep switchbacks
• Great Smoky Mountains National Park sits just beyond downtown
• Anakeesta, Ober Mountain, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and The Village Shops are all in town
• Pigeon Forge and Dollywood are a short drive on

THE LAYOUT
Main level: the king suite with its own TV, the heart-shaped jetted tub and direct access to a full bathroom. The living room opens up with vaulted ceilings, warm wood and the stone fireplace, with the kitchen and dining table right off it so nobody cooks alone.
Lower level: the game room, a real room and not a corner. Pool table, arcade game, TV, lounge seating, both bunk sets and the second full bathroom.

HOW IT WORKS
Book your dates. Park at the door. Everything is already stocked, from cookware to linens to towels.

ONE HONEST NOTE
This listing is new, so there is no wall of reviews yet. What you get instead is a straight description and a host who answers. Message us before you book and we will walk you through the sleeping setup for your group.

Children must be supervised around the hot tub and any pool at all times, and use is at your own risk.
