Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our homes safe and secure for every guest.

All parking passes and the pool/amenity fob must be left at the property upon checkout. A $150 replacement fee will be charged for each missing parking pass or fob, whether lost or accidentally taken.

The St. Regis HOA is completing a property-wide restoration project through approximately March 2027. Depending on the construction schedule during your stay, you may or may not notice occasional weekday construction noise, dust, or temporary parking adjustments. Work is performed in phases, so many guests experience little to no impact. Your ocean views, beach access, resort amenities, and the amenities inside the condo will not be affected, and all building utilities are expected to remain fully operational.
