Sleeps 22 · Indoor Pool · Hot Tub · Ski View

Bringing the whole crew to the Smokies this winter? Swim in the heated indoor pool on the coldest night, soak in hot tub, then gather at the rooftop fire pit facing the lit Ober Mountain ski slopes. Five levels and built-in bunks sleep 22 under one roof. Those five levels mean stairs throughout, so this one suits active groups more than anyone needing low-mobility access. Book your holiday or ski weekend now, or message us and we will map the beds to your group.

Ample off-street parking is available directly on the property, with enough paved space to comfortably fit a large multi-family or multi-couple group without circling for street spots. It's a straightforward pull-in driveway — no permits or passes required, just park and head inside.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Early check-in may be available if the house is ready — we'll typically confirm the night before — for $100 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, or $50 after 1:00 PM.

Fresh towels, linens, and starter toiletries are provided at the start of your stay; a washer and dryer are on-site if you need to restock mid-trip, though detergent isn't included.
